Knowing what documents you need and what they do is confusing. We’ll explain it all to you and help you decide the answers to questions like: 1) If you’re unable to make healthcare, financial or legal decisions for yourself while alive, who will make them for you?

Welcome to Retirement Planning Solutions Consulting Group
We specialize in providing strategies and guidance for those who are seeking a better lifestyle in retirement.
There is no one “best place” to put your retirement money because each individual and couple has unique requirements, different tolerances for risk, and need their money at different times. Likewise, there is no one place to keep your money that fits everyone for exactly the same reasons. Your unique circumstances must be taken into consideration if you seek to find the “most favorable place” for your retirement money.
We have helped individuals and couples, at all economic levels, to achieve their financial and long-term goals and enjoy retirement by working hard and smart, and being ready for them when needed.
We’re very hopeful for an opportunity to discuss your retirement strategy so you can learn firsthand how we can be of benefit.
Ask Us A Question
Analyzing Your Situation
Our initial consultations are complimentary. We need to get to know you. You need to like and trust us. And we can’t do that in a rushed or sterile environment. Our offices feel like home. You won’t sit on the other side of a desk. You’ll enjoy coffee or tea and a biscotti or cookie, while having a conversation sitting on a leather sofa.
Taking Steps Forward
After meeting initially, if we both determine working together would be a good fit, we will provide you with a clear vision and direction. We have a proven, structured process, that will gently ease you into planning or through probate.
You will finally have a team on your side that knows you, cares about you and your situation and also knows what they are talking about. You can ask questions and we will answer them. So many clients tell us that their advisors, financial and legal, either don’t answer their questions or don’t know the answers
Our Clients Say
A couple of years ago we received an invitation from Bryan Schulman to a seminar that he was presenting. My wife and I don’t typically attend seminars, but when we looked at his background as an Attorney and Investment advisor, we decided to attend. We were pleasantly surprised at his professionalism, knowledge, and interest in our goals. We set up an appointment and began the first of many face-to-face meetings. During these discussions Bryan was always super knowledgeable, able to explain things simply, and there wasn’t the hint of pressure to “buy now”. We would highly recommend you make an appointment with Bryan and see for yourself the value he can bring to your specific situation. We know that you will be pleased!
When speaking to my clients, I remind them that an estate attorney helps predominately with remaining control while one is alive, moreso than when one passes away. Of the several attorney’s to whom I have sent clients, Bryan has struck me as having the most bonafide reason for “Why” he does what he does. I have interviewed with and worked with multiple attorney’s – in his field, Bryan is now my sole and only attorney I work with anymore. It’s easy to put off having important conversations, especially if visiting an attorney is as fun as having corrective dental work performed. That is why it is valuable for me to send clients and contacts to Bryan – once they meet him, they will actually take their own important planning steps. I imagine that is because Bryan has a great story to tell, and is engaging and fun to be around. His office staff is intelligent and friendly, and the office itself is a home-y place to be. It’s easy to picture yourself in his office with warm hardwood colors and the smell of tea, sitting at a family style Round Table, getting very important family planning done.
Bryan was a fantastic help with our investments. We unfortunately came from another investment firm that we had nothing but trouble with. Bryan gave us sound advice as to where to invest, so that we are now comfortable where our retirement funds are located, and will give us years of income. We tell all our friends and family about the great opportunities that Bryan’s firm has to offer. Also, he has great taste in socks! If you decide to make an appointment check out his socks
Anyone that needs a will, estate planning, and more please contact my amazing attorney Bryan N. Schulman JD! I attended a seminar that he did and made an appointment to go in and have my FREE consultation! He got all my paperwork in order, will, living will, power of attorney and even did a lady bird deed on my house! He did it all, I just had to go file it! He is very thorough and knowledgeable! I am so glad I met him! My stuff was not in order and outdated! His fees are very affordable! He goes overboard for his clients and throws parties inviting all of them! What attorney does that? So please give him a call and tell him I sent you. You won’t be sorry, he is the best!”
My wife and I started out probably like most folks. Both of us attended one of his free seminars. After meeting Bryan and his team, we decided it was worth our time to go to his office and have a free consult. Probably the best move we made. Like most we did not have a will, and kept putting it off. Bryan walked through the process with hands on service. As many meetings as needed. It’s a load off our minds knowing our wishes will be done and handled as we wanted. We were so impressed with how he worked with us on our wills, we agreed to let him look at our finances. We are now letting him secure our finances. I can not believe the fees we were paying for non service with our previous advisor. Bryan simply showed us the facts in black and white, no pressure. Once you use his service’s you are not just a client, you are friends and family.
